I did with Ferrari’s top-of-the-line wine and Champagne coupes that Kate Moss had molded on her left breast (for real). Fancier and better made than Prosecco, they and other Trento DOC wines are a fabulous value at all price points. You can often taste an alpine freshness in these Italian bubblies – which fits wine that comes from the Dolomites — that is, the Italian Alps.
